What’s happened in Lancashire lately?

Lancashire is a lively county with lots going on. Being a sports journalist it’s important to know the sports news in and around the North-West but it’s also important to keep an eye out on other news topics.

Using Google Maps I have created my own map with four North-West related stories scattered across my map. Instead of focusing just on Preston I have varied my news stories. There are two news worthy stories, and two sports stories.

I found my stories in the LEP (Lancashire Evening Post) and each story on my map has a link to the LEP website version of the story and other related links, including some YouTube videos.
